Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, snap peas, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat all the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
