Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add the broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing everything together to coat.
6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to slightly thicken.
7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
8. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
