Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
