Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and zucchini to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to coat the vegetables.
5. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
