A quick and colorful vegetable stir-fry that’s perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
