Recipe:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli florets and carrots to the skillet, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
4. Add bell peppers and snap peas, continuing to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the vegetables. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
