Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Stir in snap peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
