Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, carrot, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
