Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat the vegetables evenly.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for another minute.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
