Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli florets, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss the vegetables to coat evenly.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
