Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch (if using).
5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
7. Serve hot, either on its own or over rice or noodles.
