Serving Size: 4-6 pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups chickpea flour - 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, chopped onion, paprika powder, coriander, and salt until you have a smooth batter. 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
3. Pour some batter into the pan to form a thin pancake. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
4. Repeat until all the batter is used. Serve warm with fresh vegetables or a dip of your choice.
