Ingredients:

- 1 package / 180 g veggie chicken
- 2 slices of watermelon
- 100 g vegan feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons basil oil
- 100 g mixed salad greens (e.g., lettuce, arugula)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the veggie chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
2. Cut the watermelon into cubes and crumble the vegan feta cheese.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, watermelon cubes, and crumbled vegan feta.
4. Add the sautéed veggie chicken to the salad.
5. Drizzle the basil oil over the salad and gently toss to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator before serving if desired.
