Ingredients:

- Appetizer:
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves
- Main Course:
- 300 g quinoa
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dessert:
- 2 bananas
- 150 g coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Appetizer:
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado.
- Squeeze the lime juice and mix it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Gently combine the tomatoes and avocado with the dressing and garnish with basil leaves.
2. Main Course:
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- Chop the red onion and garlic, and dice the bell pepper.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the bell pepper and cook until softened.
- Stir in the cooked quinoa, black beans, tahini, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat through.
3. Dessert:
- Blend the bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt until smooth.
- Spoon the dessert into serving dishes and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
