Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh salmon- 150 g potatoes
- 100 g cabbage
- 50 g butter
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.2. In a skillet, cook the salmon in butter, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
3. Chop the cabbage and sauté it in the skillet until tender.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon just before serving.
5. Serve the salmon with potatoes and cabbage, garnished with fresh dill.
