This delicious wedding cake is the perfect choice for celebrations where you want to impress with a beautiful and tasty pastry.

Ingredients:

- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 50 g berries (e.g., raspberries or strawberries) for decoration
- 100 g chocolate (melted) for decoration

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5. Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the pan.
6. Prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese and powdered sugar. You may also add some berries to the filling.
7. Cut the cooled cake into two or three layers and spread the filling between the layers.
8. Decorate the cake with melted chocolate and berries.
9. Let the cake chill in the refrigerator before serving.
