A delightful white layered cake decorated with silver pearls and fondant flowers. Filled with a moist chocolate cake and chocolate ganache. Perfect for celebrations!Preparation Time: 3 hours

Ingredients:
- 400 g butter- 400 g sugar
- 8 eggs
- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 250 g fondant
- Silver nonpareils
- 3 fondant flowers for decoration
Instructions:
1. Prepare the chocolate cake: Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.2. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder) and gradually mix them into the batter, alternating with the milk.
3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
4. Make the chocolate ganache: Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan, add chopped dark chocolate, and stir until melted. Let it cool.
5. Once the chocolate cake has cooled, slice it into three layers and moisten if desired.
6. Fill the layers with chocolate ganache and assemble the cake.
7. Cover the cake with fondant and decorate with silver nonpareils and fondant flowers.
