Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked black beans (mashed)
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix black beans, grated carrot, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
