- 500 g ground beef (or pork) - 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp spicy chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
4. Add the ground meat to the skillet and brown it. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
5. Stir in the bell pepper and crushed tomatoes. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Mix the cooked pasta into the meat mixture. Add soy sauce and stir well.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt for a moment.
