- 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (such as parsley or basil)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary. Mix well.
4. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (about 400°F) for 20-25 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
