Ingredients:

- 600 g pork tenderloin
- 3 dl cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 onion
- 100 g smoked ham
- 1 tsp black pepper (crushed)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 dl white wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 2 cm thick slices.
2. Sear the slices in butter over high heat, seasoning with salt and crushed black pepper. Remove them from the pan temporarily.
3. Sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic in the same pan until soft.
4. Add the smoked ham to the pan and cook for a moment.
5. Pour in the white wine and bring to a boil until it reduces slightly.
6. Stir in the cream and Dijon mustard, mixing well.
7. Return the pork tenderloin slices to the pan and let them simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
8. Serve warm with mashed potatoes or rice.
