Ingredients:
- 500 g frozen pelmeni
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pelmeni according to the package instructions and drain them.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until they are soft.
4. Add the cooked pelmeni to the pan and mix well.
5. Pour in the cooking cream and season with salt and pepper. Allow to heat through for a moment.
