Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Berries or fruits for serving
- Maple syrup or honey for serving
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly whisk them. Add the milk and mix well.
2. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
4. Fold in the melted butter gently into the batter.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour the batter onto the skillet in your desired portion sizes.
6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
7. Serve with berries or fruits and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
