Ingredients:

- 400 g pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and diced bell pepper. Continue to cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Stir well and cook until the spinach has wilted slightly.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss the mixture and add reserved pasta water if it seems too dry.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the crumbled feta cheese and stir gently.
7. Serve the portions garnished with fresh basil.
