Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
3. In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through cooking time.
