- 20 ml honey syrup
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- Ice

Instructions:
1. Add the ginger slices and mint leaves to a shaker.
2. Gently muddle the ingredients to release the flavors.
3. Pour in the Calvados, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
5. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
6. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve immediately.
