A tropical and fruity cocktail that's perfect for summer parties.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
- 4 cl white rum
- 4 cl dark rum
- 2 cl apricot liqueur
- 2 cl lime juice
- 6 cl pineapple juice
- 1 cl grenadine
- Ice
- Fresh fruit for garnish (e.g., orange slices, cherries)
Instructions:
1. Add the white rum, dark rum, apricot liqueur, lime juice, and pineapple juice to a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
4. Slowly pour the grenadine along the side of the glass so it settles at the bottom.
5. Garnish with fresh fruit.
6. Serve and enjoy!
