Ingredients:
- 4 cl white rum - 2 cl fresh lime juice
- 2 cl coconut cream
- 1 cl simple syrup
- Ice
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Add the rum, lime juice, coconut cream, and simple syrup into a shaker. 2. Fill the shaker with plenty of ice.
3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well combined and chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into well-chilled cocktail glasses.
5. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint leaves.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
