Ingredients:

- 200 g cooked and peeled shrimp
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 drops of hot sauce (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and drain well.
2. Peel and dice the fresh cucumber into small cubes.
3. Slice the celery stalks into thin rounds.
4. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
5. Gently fold in the shrimp, cucumber, and celery into the dressing.
6. Spoon the shrimp salad into tall cocktail or champagne glasses.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
