Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
