Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup olives (black or green), sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, feta cheese, olives, and basil.
4. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar together. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
