- 400 g chicken breast- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
