A delicious plum and Calvados marinade, perfect to enjoy with ice cream! Quick and easy to prepare, it adds depth to flavors.

Serving Size: About 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g plums
- 2 dl water
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 whole cloves
- 1 dl Calvados
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the plums and Calvados in a pot.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Add the plums to the mixture and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Ignite the Calvados and add it to the pot (if you prefer, you can add the Calvados at the beginning so it boils).
5. Remove from heat and let the marinade cool.
6. Allow the marinade to sit in the fridge for a few hours to a few days for the flavors to meld.
7. Enjoy the marinade with ice cream.
