Ingredients
- 0.75 l dry white wine - 100 ml apple juice concentrate
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon green cardamom seeds or whole
Instructions
1. Pour the dry white wine into a saucepan and add the apple juice concentrate. 2. Split the vanilla bean and add it to the saucepan.
3. Add the cinnamon stick and cardamom seeds.
4. Heat the mixture over low heat, avoiding boiling.
5. Let the glögg steep for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.
6. Strain the drink into glasses and serve warm.
