Ingredients:

- 400 g beef fillet, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 150 g Chinese watercress
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the red onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry until softened.
3. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until the beef is cooked through and nicely browned.
4. Add the watercress to the pan and mix well. Stir-fry for another minute until the watercress is slightly wilted.
5. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
