- 1 cup milk

- 1 egg
- 1 cup berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups. 2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt).
3. In another bowl, combine the milk, oil, and egg.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix quickly until just combined. Do not overmix!
