Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs - 1 ripe avocado
- 1-2 teaspoons wasabi (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Hard boil the eggs. Allow them to cool, then peel and cut them in half lengthwise. 2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
3. Add the avocado, wasabi, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Fill the egg whites with the avocado-wasabi mixture.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro or chives before serving.
