A delicious combination of gravlax, wasabi, and sour cream wrapped in a flatbread or tortilla, perfect as an appetizer or light meal.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 6 rolls
Ingredients:
- 300 g gravlax (cured salmon)
- 1 tsp wasabi or grated horseradish
- 6 flatbreads or tortillas
- 1 dl light sour cream
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
1. Mix the wasabi with the sour cream until well combined.
2. Slice the gravlax into thin strips.
3. Spread the sour cream mixture on each flatbread, then layer with salmon slices and top with lettuce leaves.
4. Roll each flatbread tightly and refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors meld before serving.
