Ingredients:
- 2 servings of fish (e.g., salmon or pike)- 2 tablespoons Japanese pesto
- 100 g arugula
- 1 tablespoon wasabi
- 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat.2. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Cook the fish in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the salad by mixing arugula, sliced cucumber, and diced tomato in a bowl.
4. Add wasabi to the arugula and mix well to distribute it evenly.
5. Once the fish is ready, remove it from the pan and brush Japanese pesto on top.
6. Serve the fish with the salad and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
