A refreshing and light dessert perfect for the Christmas table. This vegan plum mousse is easy to prepare and can be made ahead of time to be ready to serve.Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 30 minutes chilling time
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Alpro Whipping Cream (250 ml)
- 1 can of Alpro Plain Yogurt (400 g)
- 1 jar of plum jam (300 g)
- Dried or fresh plums for garnish
- Gluten-free gingerbread cookies for garnish
Instructions:
1. Whip the Alpro Whipping Cream until it forms stiff peaks.
2. Gently fold in the Alpro Plain Yogurt, followed by the plum jam.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and cover it carefully.
4. Allow the mousse to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Before serving, garnish with dried or fresh plums and gingerbread cookies if desired.
