Ingredients:
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g milk chocolate
- Pistachios or honey-roasted almonds (for garnish)
- 4 dl heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Melt the chopped milk chocolate in a double boiler, ensuring no water gets into the chocolate.
2. Allow the chocolate to cool for about 15 minutes.
3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
4. Gently fold the cooled chocolate and cinnamon into the whipped cream.
5. Spoon the mousse into bowls.
6. Garnish with pistachios or honey-roasted almonds before serving.
