A delicious tart made quickly with gingerbread, caramel, and lingonberries. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth during the holiday season! Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g gingerbread cookies - 1 dl sweetened condensed milk (for caramel)
- 2 dl lingonberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 dl whipped cream
- For decoration: additional lingonberries and pieces of gingerbread
Instructions:
1. Crumble the gingerbread cookies and press them firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to form a base. 2. In a saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk and mix in the lingonberries until the mixture is smooth.
3. Spread the lingonberry mixture over the gingerbread base.
4. Whip the cream and spread it over the lingonberry mixture.
5. Decorate the tart by adding more lingonberries and pieces of gingerbread on top.
6. Allow the tart to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
