Ingredients:
- 8 corn tortillas- 1 can black beans (approximately 400 g), rinsed and drained
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or oven until they are soft and heated through.2. In a bowl, combine the black beans, red onion, tomato, corn, and cilantro. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the warm tortillas on plates and distribute the bean mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
4. Top with avocado slices and add chili sauce if desired.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
