Ingredients:

- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Poppamiehen Mexican Rub seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, Poppamiehen Mexican Rub, salt, black pepper, and honey (if using). Mix well.
3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until all wings are thoroughly coated.
4. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Place the chicken wings in the basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
6. Grill the wings for 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
