Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 dl Texas Pete hot sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 dl blue cheese dip or ranch dip
- Fresh vegetables (e.g., celery, carrots, cucumber)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Rinse the chicken wings in cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. In a bowl, mix together the Texas Pete hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
4. Add the wings to the marinade and toss well to ensure they are evenly coated.
5. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until crispy and cooked through. Flip the wings halfway through the cooking time.
6. Serve the hot wings with the dip and fresh vegetables on the side.
