A spicy and flavorful hot sauce perfect for wings and dips

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup red chili peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the red chili peppers.
2. In a blender, combine the chopped chili peppers, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
4. Serve the hot sauce with grilled chicken wings or your favorite dishes.
