A spicy and delicious appetizer perfect for snacking or parties. These wings can be fried or grilled and are served with a tasty dip and fresh vegetables. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings - 1 dl seasoned flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 dl vegetable oil (for frying or grilling)
Sauce:
- 100 g hot chili sauce (e.g., hot sauce) - 50 g butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Blue Cheese Dip:
- 200 g blue cheese - 100 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Fresh Vegetables:
- Celery sticks - Carrot sticks
- Cucumber slices
Instructions:
1. Prepare the chicken wings: Rinse and pat dry the wings. In a bowl, mix the seasoned flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. 2. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
3. Heat the oil for frying or prepare the grill.
4. Fry the wings for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. If grilling, turn the wings regularly until nicely charred and cooked.
5. Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add the chili sauce, honey, and vinegar. Mix well and heat gently.
6. Prepare the blue cheese dip: Mix the blue cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
7. Serve the hot wings warm with the sauce, blue cheese dip, and fresh vegetables.
