Deliciously crispy and flavorful, these fried chicken wings are the perfect addition to your picnic or party. Easy to prepare in a deep fryer and best served with fresh veggies and dips. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings - 2 cups milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare the chicken wings: Rinse the wings in cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. 2. Make the marinade: Pour the milk into a large bowl and add the chicken wings. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
3. Mix the dry ingredients: In another bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
4. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 180°C (356°F).
5. Remove the chicken wings from the milk and coat them in the dry mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
6. Fry the wings for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Make sure the wings are cooked through.
7. Remove the finished wings and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Serve immediately with fresh veggies and dipping sauce.
