Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 100 ml hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 100 ml blue cheese dip
- 2-3 carrots
- 2-3 celery stalks
Instructions:
1. Preheat a deep fryer to 180°C (350°F). If you don’t have a deep fryer, heat oil in a deep pot.
2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. In a bowl, mix the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the chicken wings to the sauce and toss until they are well coated.
5. Fry the chicken wings in the hot oil for about 8-10 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the wings and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve the hot wings with blue cheese dip, fresh carrots, and celery sticks.
