These delicious and crispy Buffalo wings will make you a wing fan! Make them easily at home and enjoy the delicious flavors.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 dl butter
- 1 dl hot chili sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Mustard for serving (optional)
- Celery sticks and carrots for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss them in the flour mixture until well coated.
4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
5. To make the sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in the chili sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
6. Remove the wings from the oven and pour the sauce over them; toss to coat thoroughly.
7. Serve warm with mustard, celery sticks, and carrots if desired.
